What they’ll do
- Own revenue end-to-end: pipeline, positioning, pricing, and closures
- Build and scale outbound, inbound, and partnerships as growth channels
- Close high-value deals with founders, CXOs, and marketing leaders
- Shape proposals, pricing, and commercial strategy
- Build a predictable, high-quality pipeline across target segments
- Work closely with leadership to define GTM and growth priorities
- Hire, mentor, and scale the BD function over time
You’re a fit if they
- Have 7–10+ years in business development / revenue roles (agency/ services preferred)
- Have consistently closed high-ticket deals and driven meaningful revenue
- Are strong in strategic selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Understand branding, design, or digital ecosystems deeply
- Can operate both as an individual closer and a team builder
- Think in terms of revenue systems, not just deals
