Brief on the role
You’ll own how the brand shows up and sells across marketplaces. From driving revenue to shaping positioning, this role sits at the intersection of growth, brand, and execution—ensuring the brand wins where customers are already shopping.
What you’d be doing
- Drive end-to-end marketplace P&L across Amazon, Flipkart, and emerging channels
- Build a sharp growth engine: pricing, ads, visibility, and conversion optimization
- Translate brand into listings—content, imagery, and storytelling that actually sells
- Identify and unlock new opportunities (new categories, bundles, seasonal plays)
- Work closely with ops and supply to ensure high fill rates and zero missed demand
- Track what matters—cut through vanity metrics and double down on real revenue drivers
You’d be a great fit if
